Refunds

- Access is granted once fees are paid. An email from Bermuda.RelocationOnline.com will be sent within 24hours. Username is the individuals email address and a unique password can be set. 

- Refunds are only granted in the event of the work permit or one year residential certificate denial - satisfactory evidence will be required. Funds are returned less 20% administration fee. 

- Payment for Corporate Group or Start-Up portal access is made in full on initiation and is non-refundable.

- Company-wide subscription is renewable annually. Company subscription is suitable for expatriats on a work permit or awaiting work permit issue, business visitors, potential new hires at interview stage, secondees. 

- Corporate Concierge has selected the information on the portal based on experience. It is updated regularly and accurate at the time of publication. Corporate Concierge cannot be held responsible for any changes vendors or service providers may implement.
